Full Bio

Nefelie is a Counsel in the Life Sciences and Corporate & Commercial departments of the firm. Her practice focuses on advising clients on legal and compliance matters in highly regulated industries, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medtech, biotechnology and cosmetics, in parallel to advising them on their corporate law matters.

Her extensive experience in the life sciences sector enables her to effectively understand and analyse the complex environment in which her clients operate and makes her advice particularly valuable. She also has significant experience in developing, implementing and assessing corporate compliance programs and navigating her clients through the complexities of the Greek life sciences sector. In addition, Nefelie recurrently conducts due diligence and related counseling in connection with life sciences sector transactions.

She has published a number of articles and reports relating to corporate law and to the life sciences sector.

Nefelie studied Law (LLB) at Queen Mary College, University of London and obtained in 2003 her LLM in Medical Law and Ethics from King’s College, University of London. She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2004 and she joined Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm in October 2008.
