Partner Theodore Rakintzis and Senior Associate Alkis Andrianos led the KG team in advising the private equity fund CEE Equity in its first deal in Greece in the 28 million Euro acquisition of the listed in ATHEX Paperpack SA. The transaction closed on 31/12/2020 with CEE Equity acquiring 90.02% of the Paperpack shares. A mandatory tender offer will follow which will lead in the acquisition of the remaining minority shares and the delisting of the company from the Athens Stock Exchange.
