KG Energy team advised  Korkia-funded partnership in developing several solar power parks with a targeted capacity exceeding 1 GW

#KGLawFirm’s #Energy #Infrastructure team advised a Korkia-funded partnership on the acquisition and development of a pipeline of photovoltaic projects in the mainland of #Greece and in #Crete, with a targeted total capacity exceeding 1 GW. Korkia’s partners in the development of the photovoltaic projects are the local developers GH Energy and AA Sunshine. This transaction marks Korkia’s entry into the Greek Renewables Market. KG supported Korkia in various aspects of the deal which was completed in September 2022, such as performance of due diligence, provision of advice on deal structuring, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents, corporate support, as well as closing of the transaction and post-closing assistance.
