We advise Axpo Trading AG for the issuance of a Gas Supply License and an Electricity Trading License in Greece. We deal with issues of compatibility of the required documents based on the EU Regulations applicable in parallel with the regulations released by the Greek Energy Regulator.

This is a cross-border matter in which we are leading the preparatory work for the submission and application thereof. There are several issues due to the cross border nature of the activities which affects the licensing process in Greece.
