We advised Alpha Bank in relation to the financing of three wind parks (STEFANER S.A.)controlled by SPVs of an aggregate capacity of 10,90 MW. Our team is performing a legal due diligence of the Assets as part of the legal services for the financing.

The project finance team is drafting the financing documentation: (i) long term facility in the form of a bond loan governed by Greek bond law along with relevant security documents for each Project Company and (ii) a VAT facility in the form of medium term bond loan governed by Greek bond law (iii) a PPA facility in the form of medium term bond loan governed by Greek bond law. Amongst the legal services the team is engaged already with, the following are also included: drafting and negotiation of the security documents, perfection of securities, and coordination of CPs fulfilment and rendering of legal opinions in relation to each project finance facility.
