It’s been already 4 years since #GDPR, the landmark statute on protection of personal data, entered into force!

Throughout these four years, anything but baby steps have been made, as high profile enforcement decisions have been issued and Data Protection Authorities are as active and alert as ever!

Nonstop technological evolution and massive increase of everyday challenges all over the globe need to be addressed, in the aftershock from the Courts and Regulators’ judgements on personal data, heading towards a robust and holistic regulatory framework.
