Despina is a member of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Group.
Her practice focuses on all matters related to Banking and Capital Markets Law. She provides legal advice in regulatory and compliance issues with regard to Banking, Capital Markets Law and Crypto-assets Regulation. Additionally, she supports the team in international and domestic Corporate, Banking and Capital Markets Law issues, Mergers and Acquisitions through the drafting of transactional documents and other related documentation.
Moreover, she assists the team in the preparation of documentation to be submitted in Public Procurement Procedures on behalf of our clients.
Despina is a member of the Athens’ Bar Association and holder of an LLM in Finance and an LLM in Financial Regulation, specialized in the field of crypto-assets legislation. She has completed an internship with the law firm Allen & Overy (Frankfurt Branch, ‘International Capital Markets’ Practice Group) and a traineeship with the European Central Bank (ECB).
