Full Bio
Maria is a member of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets department of the firm.
Her practice mainly focuses on all legal matters related to Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate law. She provides legal advice on a variety of banking, finance and corporate issues of both domestic and international clients and she is involved in the drafting of various agreements, as well as of all documentation required for all types of corporate and commercial transactions. She also advises on insurance and bankruptcy law issues.
Maria is a MSc graduate of the “Banking & Finance Law” postgraduate program of the University of Piraeus and a member of the Athens’ Bar Association since 2019
