Marianna works for the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Law Department of the firm.
Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A law. Marianna provides legal advice to corporations with regards to various issues relating to their daily operation, drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements, including shareholders’ agreements and financing agreements, as well as mergers and acquisitions both at domestic and international level.
