Rodopi works for the Corporate & Commercial Law Department of the firm.
Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A law. Rodopi supports the team by providing legal advice to corporations with regard to various issues relating to their daily operation, such as drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements, corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions and various corporate law issues both at a domestic and an international level.
Rodopi has also experience in handling cases of data protection and privacy law by assisting companies to comply with their data protection obligations and especially with the GDPR.
