Sofrini is a member of the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Group and acts for clients on all legal matters related to Banking, Capital Markets and Corporate Law.
She provides advice to Greek and foreign clients on banking issues both on regulatory matters and transactions. She also advises clients on Restructuring & Insolvency and Insurance law issues both contractual and regulatory.
Sofrini is a member of the Athens Bar Association. She holds a master’s degree (LL.M) in the “European and International Business Law” program of Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, Germany and she is also a MSc graduate in the “Banking and Finance” program of the University of Piraeus.
