Full Bio
Vasilianna Karakatsani is an Associate in the Banking and Finance Department of the Firm.
Her main practice area focuses on restructuring and insolvency proceedings, as well as Banking Law. She provides advisory services to domestic and international clients regarding the out-of-court workout (OCW), bankruptcy proceedings, conclusion of pre-packaged agreements and issues related to their participation in restructuring schemes. She also has experience in conducting legal due diligence.
She is a qualified lawyer and a member of Athens’ Bar Association since 2020. She holds an M.Sc in Banking and Finance Law from the University of Piraeus.
