KG Law Firm represented Repsol, one the world’s leading oil and gas companies with a presence in over 40 countries, in the negotiations for the conclusion of two (2) Farm Out Agreements (FOAs) with the Greek company Energean Oil & Gas (a leading E&P company with several successful and long standing operations in the region) the signing of which took place at Eneregan’s offices on March 31, 2107. 

By virtue of such FOAs, Repsol will acquire (subject to the approval by the Greek State) 60% of Energean’s interest in the onshore blocks of Ioannina and Aitoloakarnania, both located at Western Greece.

KG will continue to support Repsol’s business endeavors in Greece since the operatorship of both blocks is assigned to Repsol.
