The future of the legal profession does not arrive overnight.

It arrives one competition, one challenge and one conversation at a time.

This morning, we had the opportunity to welcome to our offices the NKUA Law School team following their participation in the 19th International Roman Law Moot Court Competition, hosted by the University of Trier.

Meeting Evdokia Samara, Maria Giannakopoulou and Angelina Polyzou from the team was a reminder that legal education extends far beyond the classroom. Moot court competitions cultivate skills that are central to the practice of law: analytical thinking, advocacy, teamwork and the ability to argue persuasively under pressure.

Our discussion gave us the opportunity to hear more about their experience, reflect on the challenges and opportunities facing young lawyers today, and exchange views on the profession they are preparing to enter.

Congratulations to the entire National & Kapodistrian University of Athens team on their participation and commitment throughout this journey. We wish them every success in the next chapter of their legal careers.
