As a Firm that adheres to the internationally recognized standards ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 27701 (Privacy Information Management), which we have held since 2021, we are committed to continuously protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and security of all communications and PI data.
In this context, we would like to inform you that we have become aware of certain emails, making reference to our Firm or appearing to be linked to it, that have not originated from our official channels.
These fraudulent emails have misused our Firm’s name, logo, and other branding elements in an attempt to deceive recipients and defraud them.
As part of our cybersecurity measures, we have reported these incidents to our cybersecurity insurance provider.
While we are not aware of the specific email addresses or individuals involved, we want to emphasise that genuine business communications from us will only ever come from the official email domains:

If you receive an email or message which seems suspicious, we strongly recommend that you refrain from taking any action (e.g. respond, click any links, or open any attachments).
Instead, please contact us directly to report the incident by sending an email to kgprivacy@kglawfirm.gr.
We shall then assess the situation and advise you accordingly about the optimal course of action.
