KG Law Firm advised Mikrolimano Private Company on the acquisition (asset transfer) of  hotel MISTRAL in Piraeus, Athens, Greece by its (various) previous owners.

The acquisition is part of a broader reorganization and upgrade process for the aforementioned hotel.
