KG Law Firm’s Real Estate team led by our Partner Theodore Rakintzis advised GSK in the €12m sale and partial lease back of its corporate headquarters office building to the ATHEX listed Intercontinental International REIC. The #transaction which initiated following a private tender procedure concluded in October 2020, closed on June 3, 2021 after meticulous and demanding negotiations as well as substantial technical work and unfolded progressively, despite COVID 19 pandemic.
