Stelios is a member of the Real Estate & Project Development team. He focuses on the legal assessment of real estate, covering matters of property ownership and encumbrances as part of due diligence processes. He is also involved in procedures with the National Cadastre, Land Registries, courts, and notaries, supporting the overall process of property transactions. Furthermore, he assists in the handling of residence permit applications under the Golden Visa program for real estate investors.
