Thominita is part of the Intellectual Property (IP) Law practice area of the firm. She is mainly involved in matters relating to trademarks, patents, industrial designs, as well as copyright. She participates in the management of trademark portfolios, in cases related to Media and Entertainment Law, in the drafting of agreements, and in legal due diligence procedures.
