Recently we participated in the 29th National Energy Conference “Energy & Development”, organised by IENE – Institute of Energy for South-East Europe.

Senior Associate Antonis Koumpias contributed to the panel “Investing in Renewable Energy Sources: Opportunities and Challenges”, sharing practical insights on:

• the current state of the BESS market in Greece
• the central role of revenue contracts in ensuring bankability of large-scale BESS projects
• the growing relevance of BESS tolling agreements as a financing-friendly revenue mode
• the advantages and challenges for investors and off-takers
