Kyriakides Georgopoulos acted for the Sellers in the landmark acquisition of Taxibeat limited by Intelligent Apps, a company of the Daimler-Benz Group developing MyTaxi Uber-like service that connects taxis with rider.

Taxibeat was founded in Athens in 2011 and today operates across Greece and Peru. The company raised the estimated amount of 7USD million in VC funding.

The deal closed on 16 February 2017 and KG team including newly promoted to partner Evangelia (Evi) Dimitropoulou, was led by partner Elisabeth Eleftheriades.
