KG Law Firm will be a key contributor to the 3rd Public Contracts Conference organized by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI on December 15th, at the Wyndham Grand Athens. Our Partner Constantinos Kavadellas will participate as a speaker in a panel discussion. The focus will be on award documents and, in particular, on the conditions under the temporary contractor may supplement, clarify or complete the relevant submitted information or documentation which appears to be incomplete, erroneous or missing, within an appropriate time limit, upon invitation of the contracting authority, presenting, among other things, issues related to this topic.
