The CEPEJ Evaluation Report (available on the CEPEJ website), published on 5 October 2022, contains country profiles and interactive database, data and analysis of the functioning of the judicial systems of 44 European States and 3 Observer States, making it possible to measure the efficiency and quality of these systems.

Our EU & Competition Partner, Victoria Mertikopoulou, contributed to the drafting of this tenth Evaluation Report (2022), which sets out the main trends of the respective judicial systems and analyzes the most remarkable aspects thereof.
