Full Bio
Petros is a member of the Corporate & Finance and Capital Markets Group. He supports the team by providing legal advice to corporations on a wide range of matters related to their daily operations, including drafting and reviewing various types of contracts and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, both at domestic and international level, as well as issues relating to banking and financial law. His practice focuses on Corporate, Banking and M&A Law, with additional involvement in project financing and foreign investment transactions initiated by international listed and non-listed corporations.
Petros has been distinguished for his academic achievements, being among the top 1% of recipients of the “Think Big Scholarship” at the University of Bristol, where he was awarded a full scholarship and received an Academic Award from the University.
