Panagiotis Pothos leads Kyriakides Georgopoulos law firm’s tax department and combines a unique expertise in business and personal taxation, having a particular focus on corporate and M&A taxation, international taxation, taxation of financial transactions, VAT and indirect taxation, real estate taxation, customs, tax audits, inheritance and donation taxation, shipping taxation and private wealth structuring.

He advises multinational groups, domestic listed and privately held entities, high-net-worth individuals and family offices, as well as foreign counsels and practitioners on their Greek tax issues. Further, he assists clients in structuring their cross-border investments and complex corporate and financial transactions. Panagiotis is a distinguished litigator, representing corporate and private clients before the tax authorities and all levels of administrative courts. Additionally, he supports individuals and families on the tax and legal aspects of the management of their private wealth.

He is also a regular speaker in domestic and international tax conferences, as well as a contributor in tax journals and publications.
