Anastasia heads the firm’s competition/antitrust and ecommerce & digital markets practices and has a 30+ year experience in EU/Greek competition & antitrust law, European law, agency, distribution & franchise and regulatory & compliance.
She is recognized as a market-leading practitioner and first-rate counsel to Fortune 500 clients across a variety of sectors in significant cartels, abuse of dominance vertical agreements, state aid and merger control cases, both nationally and before the EU Commission.
Anastasia is particularly known for representing market leaders (both on-line and off-line) before the competition authorities in substantive and procedural cases and has a strong track record in follow-on litigation proceedings.
In addition to her competition & antitrust law expertise, she is frequently engaged for her advice in structuring, maintaining and restructuring agency, distribution and franchise networks and is also sought after for her expert counselling on the intersection between competition | antitrust law and digital regulation. Anastasia also advises in foreign Direct Investment reviews.
Anastasia contributes articles to leading national and EU publications and speaks at conferences in her areas of expertise.
