Full Bio

Anastasia heads the firm’s competition/antitrust and ecommerce & digital markets practices and has a 25+ year experience in EU/Greek competition & antitrust law, distribution, consumer protection, corporate and e-commerce law.

She advises leading Greek and international corporations in planning and structuring their business transactions in ways compatible with competition and antitrust laws. She has also represented clients in cases involving abuse of sole and collective dominance, state aid and public procurement, merger control, horizontal and vertical agreements, private antitrust litigation matters and cartel related work.

Her experience extends to defending competition/antitrust law cases before the Hellenic Competition Commission (HCC), the Greek administrative courts and the State’s Council.

Anastasia frequently organizes seminars for corporate executives on Greek and EU competition law and contributes articles on her areas of expertise to national and EU publications.
