Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting a discussion on vertical agreements in light of the new VBER and updated Vertical Guidelines, with an outstanding line-up of speakers: Filip Tuytschaever, Athanasia Gavala, Anastasia Dritsa, and Polyvios Panayides. The event opened with a keynote by the President of the Hellenic Competition Commission, Judge Irene Sharpe.

The discussion focused on practical issues businesses and advisers face daily — from designing compliant distribution systems under the updated safe harbour, to navigating online sales restrictions, dual distribution, and information exchange rules.

The event also marked the launch of Vertical Agreements in Competition Law: European Union, Greece, Cyprus, the updated Greek edition of the renowned work by Filip Tuytschaever and Frank Wijckmans. Congratulations to the editor and authors Anastasia Dritsa, Vicky Kriketou, Ioanna Kyriakidou, Polyvios Panayides, and Konstantinos Sidiropoulos on this invaluable resource for lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, regulators, and compliance professionals.
