Konstantinos Vouterakos is a Senior Partner with KG Law Firm (Athens office) and head of the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets Group of the firm.

Konstantinos’s main area of practice is banking, capital markets and securities’ regulation, real estate and privatizations. He has worked on a number of complex innovative high value international projects including IPOs, SPOs, combined offerings and private placements, tender offers, bond issues and M&A transactions.

His practice expands to telecom and IT matters. Konstantinos studied law in Athens and London (LSE).

He is a regular contributor to legal publications and conferences. He is ranked as leading lawyer in all major legal directories. In years 2008, 2009, 2013 and 2020 Konstantinos served as a member to law drafting committees as representative of the Ministry of Justice.

Konstantinos is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Association of Law Firms.
