Angeliki is a Counsel of the Project Finance department.
She acts mainly for international and local financing institutions advising on the financing and construction aspects of major infrastructure projects. Her experience in Project Finance includes the drafting and negotiating of both finance (loan facilities, securities etc) and project agreements (EPC, O&MS, etc), as well as the conduct of due diligence. Angelikiโs area of expertise also includes advising international investors and VCs in privatizations, M&A transactions and equity financing.
She studied law (LL.B.) at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds an LL.M. in Business, Corporate and Maritime Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
