Tryfonia is a member of the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure Department of the firm. Her practice focuses on regulatory issues of the national and European legal framework of the energy sector, with focus on the implementation of RES projects, digitalization of energy and innovation. Tryfonia has experience on multiple aspects of RES energy generation projects, from pre-construction and due diligence to construction, operation and maintenance, as well as on handling litigation cases of civil law, with emphasis on law of obligations.
