Eva is an associate in the Project Finance department of the firm.
Her expertise focuses on complex finance transactions in the renewable energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. She provides legal advice on various finance and corporate issues with both domestic and international aspects. She is involved in conducting due diligence reviews, drafting and negotiating transactional documentation.Prior to joining KG, Eva worked in an international investment bank in London and in the Athens office of a renewed international law firm.
