Andy is a member of the Project Finance Practice of the firm.
His field of practice focuses on corporate and commercial law issues arising with respect to paramount projects. Andy supports the team primarily in drafting and reviewing multilateral finance and security agreements. He is also involved in legal research as well as the various substantive and procedural steps required for the successful completion of financing on a case-by-case basis.
