Kimon is a Partner in Firm and leads the Project Development & Real Estate practice. Kimon’s area of expertise focuses on real estate related matters and transactions, construction of major projects in Greece and abroad as well as on property development and project finance of infrastructure projects. He acts mainly for international investors and international and local financing institutions by providing specialized legal services in the development and the performance of due diligence of infrastructure projects. Kimon has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating agreements (FIDIC, EPC, O&MS, etc.), in real estate transactions as well in drafting tender documents for awarding authorities.
In addition, Kimon advises on matters of environmental, commercial and public procurement law as well as on hospitality transactions.
