Kimon is a member of KG’s Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure practice group.
His main area of expertise focuses on the project finance of infrastructure projects, real estate, property development and construction of major projects in Greece and abroad. He acts mainly for international investors and international and local financing institutions by providing specialized legal services in the financing of infrastructure projects and the performance of due diligence of major projects. Kimon has experience in drafting and negotiating agreements (EPC, O&Ms, etc.) for major infrastructure related projects as well as in drafting tender documents for the awarding authorities. In addition, Kimon advises on matters of environmental, land use and zoning, commercial and public procurement law.
He studied Law (LLB) at Oxford Brookes University and holds an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from King’s College, University of London.
