KG acted as Greek legal advisor to Hinitsa Bay Holdings in securing a financing from CrediaBank and Recovery and Resilience Fund in connection with the reconstruction, development and refurbishment of a luxury hotel resort in Porto Heli, Greece. Hinitsa Bay Holdings has entered into hotel agreements for the operation of the Hotel with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts bringing its signature of elegance and excellence to the Project, which was recently licensed as an Integrated Tourist Accommodation.

The team at KG facilitated the structuring, drafting and negotiation of transactional documents, as well as coordinated with lenders, financial advisors and international legal counsels of the sponsor throughout the implementation of the transaction.
