Ioanna is a Counsel, specializing in corporate and international taxation.
She provides advisory services on the full spectrum of corporate and international tax matters involving the set-up of Greek corporations, financing, operation, tax restructuring or exit opportunities. Ioanna is also active in M&As, assisting clients with tax structuring whereas she is also involved in the negotiations with counterparties. She further specializes in Real Estate taxation, providing to the clients assistance in tax matters relevant to the acquisition, sales and generally restructurings of businesses active in the Real Estate industry. She also represents clients in tax controversy cases.
