KG acted as Greek legal advisor to AVIATION CAPITAL GROUP (ACG) and Castlelake L.P., in relation to the sale and transfer from ACG to Castlelake and the lease novation of one (1) Airbus A320-214 aircraft under lease to Greek airline SKY EXPRESS.
