Vasileios is a member of the Banking & Finance team of our firm.
He has worked in complex M&A transactions and public offerings, conducting several due diligence exercises, participating in relevant negotiations and drafting all transaction documents. Vasileios has advised Greek and foreign credit institutions and insurance companies on regulatory issues, contracts and AML issues and several listed companies on capital markets and regulatory issues. Vasileios has advised on several structured transactions and undertaken the contractual arrangements to support them.
His area of practice also includes corporate, contracts corporate governance and real estate law.
