Apostolos is a Partner focusing on Corporate, Commercial, Capital Markets, M&A, Banking and Real Estate law.
During his practice, he has regularly advised both international and domestic clients on issues involving the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, all types of corporate and commercial transactions, including share and asset deals, corporate due diligence, shareholders’ agreements, as well as all sort of other commercial arrangements.
Finally, Apostolos has participated as speaker in local conferences and seminars focusing mainly on all aspects of company law.
