Her field of expertise includes a variety of aspects of the M&A process at a local and cross border level, including the conduct of due diligence reviews and drafting of all related contracts and agreements.
Her practice also includes advising clients on all aspects of company and commercial law, including ongoing corporate governance and drafting of commercial agreements.
