This strategic deal, with components across a number of jurisdictions in South Eastern Europe, where V+O Group currently operates, involves building the framework for the new era of the V+O Group, whereby SEC Newgate ‘s Global CEO, will join the V+O Group Board of Directors under the leadership of the existing management team of all V+O companies.
