Angeliki works for the M&A, Commercial & Corporate Law department of the firm.
She advises both domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and M&A matters. Her work includes supporting the formation and structuring of legal entities and ensuring their ongoing corporate governance and compliance. She is actively involved in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate restructuring and reorganisations.
She also handles the preparation and review of commercial and corporate agreements and offers guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
