KG advised “ECE Investment International G.m.b.H.”, a German company with leading position in the field of inner-city shopping centers in the sale to LAMDA Development S.A. of its shares in ECE – LAMDA Hellas S.A., a company which manages two of the biggest malls in Greece. KG team was led by Claire Pavlou with the support of Katerina Tzamalouka.
