KG advised ENI Plenitude in the sale and transfer of the 49% of the shares of Thessaloniki – Thessalia Gas Distribution S.A. (EDA THESS) to Depa Infrastructure Single Member S.A., in parallel with the privatization process of Depa Infrastructure, promoted by the Greek Government. KG acted as the legal counsel for ENI Plenitude throughout the entire deal process, from the negotiation, drafting and execution of the SPA for the EDA THESS shares and other transaction documents with Depa Infrastructure prior to the completion of the latter’s privatization process up to the closing of the transaction upon the completion of the privatization.
