KG Law Firm contributed to the book “The Corporation in Practice” edited by Prof. Georgios Triantafyllakis and published by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI.

Senior Partner Konstantinos Vouterakos and Partner Apostolos Georgantas, along with Senior Associates Amalia Pantazi and Marianna Katsifi, and Associates Aggelos Kosteletos and Athanasios Misirlis, contributed the fourth chapter of this collective edition concerning the Board of Directors of a société anonyme, the most common corporate vehicle for doing business in Greece.

The chapter includes comprehensive templates of corporate documentation relating, inter alia, to the appointment of the Board of Directors, its operation, the handling and approval of related parties’ transactions and the remuneration of the Board of Directors.
