Νatalia is a Senior Associate in the Data Protection, Privacy & Technology Practice group of the Firm.
Natalia’s practice spans advisory, transactional, and contentious work on data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity across many industries, with an emphasis on the life sciences and banking sectors.Natalia counsels clients on a broad range of data protection issues, such as privacy and security-related agreements, policies and procedures, cross-border data transfers, incident preparedness and response, data subject rights’ management, and workforce monitoring. Drawing on her diverse work experience and commercially driven approach, she is also well versed in walking clients through the process of achieving General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance. In addition, she assists with data protection matters arising in the context of M&A transactions and forensic investigations and with dawn raids and outsourcing arrangements.
Natalia also provides strategic legal advice on ePrivacy and e-commerce, including on digital marketing schemes, social media and rules around cookies, analytics, and similar technologies.
Natalia has a strong track record of navigating clients through cybersecurity and other regulatory requirements in the fields of telecommunications and digital technologies and in advising on matters involving communications secrecy, electronic signatures, cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and the sweeping EU digital regulations.
Prior to joining KG Law Firm, Natalia has amassed substantial experience in data protection, privacy, and technology law working for a top-tier US law firm and a Big 4 company.
