Io Ligeraki is a member of Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm’s Corporate/Commercial & e-Commerce & Digital Regulation team.
Her practice focuses on commercial law with particular expertise in corporate law, e-commerce, consumer protection, distribution and franchise, and digital regulation. She advises multinational and leading domestic clients on a broad range of regulatory and commercial matters.
Io has extensive experience in online sales compliance across various industries, including retail, FMCG, luxury goods, food delivery, vehicle rentals, and intermediary platforms. Her work covers handling consumers complaints before the competent authorities, advertising, product compliance, platform governance, Digital Services Act compliance, and the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of commercial agreements.
She has advised leading omnichannel retailers on e-commerce and digital regulatory compliance, supported cross-border distribution and market expansion projects, and regularly supports clients on day-to-day corporate issues.
