Lydia is a Partner in the Project Development and Startups & Innovations Department. She studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Faculty of Law.
Lydia specializes in mergers and acquisitions, financing, capital markets transactions and corporate restructuring, with a strong focus on complex cross-border and domestic deals. She has extensive experience advising leading Greek and international clients on high-value transactions across privatizations, infrastructure and energy projects, as well as sophisticated real estate investments and developments.
She regularly participates in landmark mandates of the firm, contributing to significant M&A and project development transactions in regulated and capital-intensive sectors, including hospitality, energy transition and strategic corporate restructurings. Her experience reflects continuous involvement in some of the most notable and complex deals handled by the firm in recent years.
