Niki is a member of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice group of the firm.
Niki advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of HR and employment law matters arising in day-to-day operations. Her expertise covers the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination/resignation, including the enforcement of restrictive covenants and compliance with local law requirements. She provides guidance on mandatory employment policies, health and safety matters, remuneration and benefits, working hours, and social security obligations.
She also has experience in restructuring, TUPE transfers, and the employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Niki handles employee mobility issues, including postings within the EU and compliance with immigration requirements for non-EU senior employees working in Greece.
