Alkis Andrianos is a Counsel in the Corporate & Capital Markets and Banking & Finance departments of the firm. He has proven legal experience in private M&A deals at a national and cross-border level representing clients from all industries and sectors and he has been involved in challenging for the Greek market projects of corporate and debt restructurings, rights issues and takeover bids. In the last few years, he has been advising both issuers and underwriters on complex corporate financings, high yield debt offerings, secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans, general debt and equity capital markets transactions. He has recently also acquired significant experience in the field of NPL portfolio acquisitions
