Ioannis is a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Capital Markets Group.
His practice focuses on Corporate and M&A Law as well as on Project Financing. Ioannis advises both domestic and international clients on a wide variety of commercial matters, whereas he has also been involved in various foreign investment deals initiated by international listed companies and non-listed corporations. Ioannis supports the team in Corporate Law issues, Restructurings, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as in drafting of transactional documentation.
